Metal pipe clamps susceptible to frigid temperatures - not Kwik Blocks

In a winter of record taking frigid temperatures pipe clamps are breaking everywhere causing havoc and disrupting vital services. Temperature shifts can cause metal pipe clamps to expand and contract. Wouldn't it be great to have a plastic pipe clamp that is much less susceptible to frigid temperatures?

Kwik Block is a Non Metallic, Corrosive Resistant Cable Clamp. It's is a plastic fastening system made from a very strong high density co-polymer polypropylene. It is virtually impervious to water, UV rays, and chemicals.
The versatile design of Kwik Blocks makes it easy to fasten to almost any surface by use of nails, screws, or adhesives.
This includes electrical environments, food service establishments, HVAC & refrigeration, agricultural and farming, solar installations, and equipment manufacturing (OEM's).
By combining a Kwik Block with a any tether you the load will be secured to support most sizes of piping, wiring, and other products presently on the market.
Kwik Block is the solution to metal pipe clamps that can break, corrode, or deteriorate. Visit our web sit to learn more.

  1. Once the wood is clamped into place, spread wood glue along the seal where the wood will need to connect at a joint. Spread the glue with your finger or a piece of card stock to ensure there is an even distribution and the glue won't cause warping while it cures. Follow the instructions for the glue about curing time, and then you can release the pipe clamps. If using more than one clamp, it is best to incrementally loosen pressure on each clamp as opposed to removing them one by one. If the curing process went smoothly and pressure was distributed correctly, the wood should be firmly connected.
